EXHIBITION & BOOTH INFO

Each sponsor will receive a designated exhibit space and access to the sessions in the Exhibit Hall.

Your exhibit space will include:

  • Standard Booth ID Sign

  • (1) 6’ draped table

  • (2) Chairs

We are proud to partner with Alliance Exposition to oversee the management of the Exhibit Hall. This will enhance your overall experience and ensure a seamless exhibition process. Information regarding your exhibit booth logistics and shipping can be accessed through the official Alliance Exhibitor Portal.

INVITATION TO LOG IN
The email campaign inviting exhibitors to log into the Alliance Online Exhibitor Portal will be sent from ExhibitorAssistance@alliance-exposition.com. The sender’s name will be Alliance Nationwide Exposition.

 

NEW USERS
Exhibitors who are new users to Alliance Online will be prompted to create a password before accessing the event portal.

EXISTING USERS
Exhibitors who have previously accessed Alliance Online will be prompted to log in with their existing credentials, which include the email address and password previously used to access Alliance’s event portal.

Please Note:

  • Mandatory shipment to an advanced warehouse is required.

  • Booth Numbers will be assigned.

  • All exhibits must be complete before the Welcome Reception begins on Thursday, June 20, at 6:30 PM.

  • All signage and materials for each booth will need to be provided by the sponsoring company. 

  • To order additional a/v items for your booth (power, internet, etc.), contact Encore Manage Dinh Tran at dinh.tran@encoreglobal.com. Please note that the costs associated with any additional items are the responsibility of the sponsoring company.
