Program Overview
The joint providership of Medical Education Resources (MER), Association of Pulmonary Advanced Practice Providers (APAPP), Cardiology Advanced Practice Providers (CAPP), and Rheumatology Advanced Practice Providers (RhAPP)
presents Bridging Specialties in ILD: A Multidisciplinary Bootcamp Series for Early Recognition and Targeted Treatment. This educational activity will deliver a high-impact, clinically grounded update on the evolving science and real-world management of interstitial lung disease (ILD).
Target Audience
This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of nurse practitioners, physician assistants/associates, and nurses who are currently managing and treating patients with ILD.

Educational Objectives
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to:

Recognize key clinical features and risk factors suggestive of ILD across rheumatologic, pulmonary, and cardiologic settings.

Evaluate current treatment strategies for ILD, with emphasis on the role of antifibrotic therapy
and emerging evidence.

Interpret pulmonary function test (PFT) and high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) findings to support timely and accurate ILD diagnosis.

Apply multidisciplinary decision-making principles to ILD patient cases using relevant clinical guidelines
and real-world scenarios.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Medical Education Resources (MER), Association of Pulmonary Advanced Practice Providers, Cardiology Advanced Practice Providers, and Rheumatology Advanced Practice Providers. MER is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
Medical Education Resources has been authorized by the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 2.0 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.
Medical Education Resources designates this live activity for a maximum of 2.0 ANCC contact hours, which will include pharmacology hours.
